Mission Statement:
iPTA was created to bring all piano technicians together, regardless of experience or skill level.

Promise
When someone makes a suggestion or volunteers a service, iPTA promises to respond and facilitate the suggestion or use the service whenever possible. iPTA promises to respect everyone's contribution.

Vision Statement:

The goal of iPTA is to use current technology to reach as many technicians and piano owners as possible around the world, with the purpose of sharing information and helping to spread knowledge of piano servicing techniques so that more people can service pianos and improve them.
